What is the standard delivery time ?
Delivery time-frame can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery.On average, Standard Pallet deliveries are delivered within approximately 3-5 working days from when an order is placed.Smaller deliveries that do not require a pallet service take on average, 3-5 working days from when an order is placed.We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but sometimes due to stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, delays can occur. Our website displays real time stock information for each product on our website along with future replenishment dates on items currently not in stock. To deliver your order to you as soon as possible, please ensure your items are in stock at the time of checkout. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and link to tracking. You will receive further emails once your order has been dispatched by our specialist warehouse team.
Can i get next day delivery ?
We offer a next day delivery service to UK mainland delivery addresses on all items currently held in stock at our distribution warehouse. Available delivery options will appear once you have calculated your delivery post code at the checkout stage. Orders must be fully completed, and all terms and conditions agreed to by no later than 12:00 pm. We will then aim to deliver your order the next working day. Please remember: We advise customers not to book tradesmen based on the estimated delivery dates.
My order arrived but i was not available ?
We always recommend you try to ensure someone is available at the property to accept delivery. Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required. If these deliveries are missed, they may require a re-delivery fee.If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. How long will it take to get my package ?
Our standard delivery is usually in 3-5 working days, special order items and pallet delivery's are between 3-5 working days
You can select next day delivery at checkout also, all orders must be processed before 12pm for next day delivery.
Can i collect an item from you ?
All orders are delivered from our central wherehouse wich isn't open to the public, you can visit our showrooms to view displays and get advise on your new bathroom, all orders will be shipped directly to your shipping address no instore pickup is avalibvel at our showrooms for click and collect.
Do you provide any warranty ?
The manufacturer guarantee found on a product is offered and honoured by the product's manufacturer. The guarantee offered will cover against any manufacturing defects found on the product when it is used in a normal domestic or commercial (only when stated commercial use) application.Serviceable parts are not part of a product's warranty. In addition, neglect or abuse of products will make null and void any warranty period. In bathroom products that are complemented by a finished surface e.g – chrome, gold or any others available the guarantee period will apply to the surface finish, this does not apply to any damage to surface caused by abuse. In the event of a fault developing please contact us, we will then advise what the manufacturer's procedures are.Manufacturers will ask for the following to have been adhered to:Product was fitted as per the manufacturer's fitting instructionsNo Modifications or misuse, neglect or mistreatmentYou will also require a proof of purchase.You may need to fill in a form within a limited period of time in order to register your guarantee.
How can i cancel or change my order ?

An item is missing from my order
When you take receipt of your order, you are required to give your items a quick check to ensure there are no problems and that you are happy to receive the order. If you notice any missing items or other problems, please contact our customer services team immediately on 01324-645216 as missing items or damages must be reported within 48hrs.
Do you offer free delivery ?
Free standard delivery is available to UK mainland addresses on all orders over £350 (exclusions apply), please visit our Delivery Page for more information
Can i leave my delivery with a neighbour ?
We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order. Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required. Small parcel couriers may leave these with a neighbour if no one is home to accept delivery and leave an appropriate calling card if so. We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.
How much does delivery cost ?

How do i return an item?
It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Bath and Tile purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied you can return it within 14 days and we will give you a refund minus any re-stocking costs to the same method as your original payment. If your returning unwanted items the cost of return delivery will be met by the customer. We work very hard to ensure that your beautiful new bathroom reaches you in perfect condition, if for any reason you find any items damaged please contact us via live chat immediately.
What is the return procedure?
Return Steps to authorize your return, please contact us through the Bath and Tile website by using our live chat facility. Wrap the item in the original packaging clearly marking your return number on a separate sheet. Do not mark your original packaging. Send the item back to the address provided by our customer service agent. Once our depot receives your return we will begin processing Your refund can take up to 10 working days from date of us receiving your order.
Can i return an unwanted item?
Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you are returning an unwanted item it must not be damaged or marked and it must be in its original packaging. You will be required to arrange a courier to send your parcel back to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels. Unwanted items returned to us may incur restocking fees, please contact our customer service for more details.
Returning faulty or damaged item
Damaged items can be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods. We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 48hrs of receipt of goods. Please report any faulty or damaged items to us via live chat or email info@bathandtile.co.uk You may be required to supply photographs of any damaged items. You can upload these as part of the returns proces. Do not begin the returns process until you have informed us of any damaged items
A few things to note
If you return an item for a refund, we will send the refund to your original payment method minus any return postage or restocking fees (if return fees apply to your return). Please make sure goods are sent in original packaging and are in new condition. Do not return a parcel without contacting customer service and following the correct return procedure as your return wont be tracked. Please make sure that the goods are returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession. When returning your item please make sure to include your order number and also the reason for the return, re-stocking fees may apply contact customer service for details.

How long does the returns process normally take?
Once goods are received back to us, returns normally take between 7 to 10 working days to process.
